Returns

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the package without giving a reason. (This does not apply to items that are explicitly excluded from exchange)

From exchange excluded products: Personalized posters, vouchers, posters in size 61x91cm.

We only accept returns for new and undamaged goods. In the event that the goods are damaged upon arrival at our returns warehouse, we will send them back to you.

Beforehand, it is checked whether this loss of value of the nature, properties and functionality of the goods is due to unnecessary handling of them.  

When purchasing a set, the individual products are counted as part of a total product and can therefore only be returned together. Therefore, when returning a set, please send back all the associated items together.

It works like this:

1. Enter your order number (beginning with #) and your email address
2. Selection of the items to be returned
3. verification of your data
4. Overview of parcel shops in your area
5. Choosing your return label (print option/QR code)
   If you choose to print the label, you can easily print it out and stick it on your package.
   The other option would be the QR code. Please save it or take a screenshot so that you can show it to the parcel shop. There it will be scanned and your return label will be printed.
6. confirmation of the return

If you want to return two orders to us, we ask you to send them back to us individually. Thus we can guarantee a fast and correct handling of the returns process.
